Owl's Nest Cabin- Charming Private Setting on Stocked Pond in Walnut Mountain - Adults Only- no children or infants.

Beautifully appointed, this cabin caters to adults only (age 25 or older) who love the peace and quiet that nature has to offer. All guests must be 25 or older. No children or infants. Please don't ask for exceptions.
The cabin has recently been updated to surpass all expectations. Modern baths, kitchen,.and comfortable furnishings. Owl's Nest even boasts an amazing generator system that automatically kicks on if a power outage occurs!

Less than a 10 minute walk from the cabin is a hidden waterfall that will take your breath away or just sit on your private dock on McClure Pond and fish or just enjoy a crisp glass of wine and take in nature at its best. (No swimming allowed.) Only minutes to Historic Ellijay; dine at local restaurants and shop the many quaint shops. There are many hiking trails in the area and mountain biking not far away. You are only 16 miles to Blue Ridge for a trip on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railroad, horseback riding, or zip lining! Also just minutes to the many apples houses on highway 52E and Amicalola State Park for a hike on the Appalachian Trail. How about tubing down the Cartecay River which is close by?

Owl's Nest sleeps up to six guests with a queen bedroom on the main and adjacent spa-like bath with separate shower and a magnificent soaker tub to relax, refresh, and rejuvenate. Also on the main level is a separate laundry room with a full washer and dryer. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen with gas stove, large fridge, and dishwasher. Gather for dinner in the dining area and sit relax with other guests in the spacious den with gas fireplace and large flat screen TV with Roku. Meander upstairs for the second bedroom with king bed and adjacent bath with shower with beautiful copper sink. The upstairs sports a loft overlooking the den below and amazing view to the pond. The queen sized couch folds out for sleeping or just use the area to read a good book. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs with Roku.

Located in a private cabin enclave with paved  and gravel roads. Incredible pond views and all the bells and whistles. About six miles from downtown Ellijay and perched overlooking a pond, you will find nature abounds. Bear, wild turkey, and deer are your neighbors. You even might spot an otter or two from your private dock. *Wintry" conditions might require a four wheel drive to your cabin.

Nightly rental price reflects 1-6  guests.
Standard Rates are $190 per night plus tax (call for weekly rates) 
Holiday/Peak Rates $210 plus tax (call for weekly rates)
We do not allow over 6 people, including children and infants
Cleaning fee is $115

Two night minimum stay on non holidays

Three night minimum stay for MLK, Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, the month of July, Labor Day, and the Month of October
Four night minimum stay for Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Years

Check in is AFTER 4:00pm and check out is BEFORE 11:00am. Early check-ins are not always possible and if available require an extra fee.
