Upon arrival, the circular driveway leads you to a large wrap-around screened-in porch, where the first glimpse of the Blue Ridge Mountains will leave you awestruck. The porch also features a custom stone outdoor wood-burning fireplace, ample seating, a day bed, and an outdoor table for dining under the stars. 
  
Inside, the cabin's great room welcomes you with its stone wood-burning fireplace, open-concept dining area, and custom kitchen. Further exploration reveals a guest bath adjacent to a queen guest bedroom, followed by the master suite, complete with a queen bed, a spa-like master bath, and a full-sized washer and dryer, ensuring all the comforts of home. 
  
Step outside from the screened-in porch to discover a private hot tub and gas grill, perfect for relaxing while soaking in the stunning mountain views. A custom pad with an outdoor fire pit and seating awaits just a few steps down from the hot tub, where you can witness sunsets that rival those of Key West. 
  
Summit House is conveniently located eight miles from downtown Ellijay, where you can explore charming shops, dine at local eateries, and stroll around the town square. Please note that the cabin is accessible via gravel roads, and winter conditions may require a four-wheel drive vehicle. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two well-behaved dogs (25 lbs or under each) or one dog (50 lbs or under). Dogs must be pre-booked, crated if left alone in the cabin, and there is a fenced area for them to play and exercise. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed.

Located in a private cabin enclave in the River Bend Area between Ellijay and Blue Ridge, Ga. Gravel roads lead up to Incredible mountain views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Yes, your car might get dusty, but worth it!  About eight miles from historic downtown Ellijay and perched on the summit, you will find nature abounds. Bear, wild turkey, and deer are your neighbors. As per your rental agreement you agree to online:
You Must Be 25 or older to book! We do NOT allow groups of 25 year olds and under.
A valid driver's license and names and ages of all guests are required within 48 hours of booking and should be sent to [email protected]. No exceptions. Dogs (2 dog max) must be pre-booked as we have size limits. No cats

A security camera is present at the front door and points to the driveway. The camera does not impede on guest privacy and is there for security reasons only. The camera is not to be touched, covered, or changed in anyway. No smoking anywhere on the property (All our cabins are non-smoking)

Nightly rental price reflects 1-4 guests.
Standard Rates are $235 per night plus tax (call for weekly rates) 
Holiday/Peak Rates $285 plus tax (call for weekly rates)
We do not allow over 4 people, no children or infants
Cleaning fee is $145

Two night minimum stay on non holidays

Three night minimum stay for MLK, Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, the month of July, Labor Day, and the Month of October
Four night minimum stay for Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Years

Check in is AFTER 4:00pm and check out is BEFORE 11:00am.
