Riverfront Retreat is where memories of a lifetime are made. This wonderful cabin abode boasts three floors of luxury cabin living with custom touches everywhere. Do not look further; this is the cabin of your dreams. The stunning riverfront cabin has spacious main floor looking out over the sparkling Coosawattee River.   Fish, tube, or kayak directly from the cabin and enjoy the amenities offered in the Coosawattee River Resort which puts it over the top: indoor pool year round, outdoor pools seasonally, tennis courts, fishing ponds, hiking trails, and much more.  This luxurious resort is the largest gated community, acreage wise, this side of the Mississippi River.

Walk into the main level and you will be in awe. The main floor boasts an open concept living area with cathedral ceilings, dining with large table to accommodate the entire family for gatherings, and open kitchen to all. Kitchen sports custom cabinets, top of the line appliances, and drawers stocked for the most picky cook to create fabulous meals. Stackable washer/dryer is hidden away on the main level for you to use as needed. Also on main is a bathroom off the spacious den. The den has a gas fireplace sporting a custom rock wall. Flat screen TV, DVD, movies, and WiFi make this den complete with furnishings selected for comfort and charm.

Off the den is the master on the main level with king bed, flat screen TV, screened in balcony overlooking the river. You can sit and enjoy the many deer, geese, and other creatures that will certainly pass your way or sit back and enjoy the sound and sights of the Coosawattee River. Across the hall is another bedroom with 2 bunkbeds that sleeps 4. A gas grill is off the kitchen to prepare your fresh catch of the day or that perfect steak.

As you trek downstairs to the custom finished basement, you'll find a pool table, foosball table, an arcade for hours of fun, and a large screen TV with premium channels. There is also a full bath there for convenience. A kitchenette complete with mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig, and sink is also located downstairs for your convenience. Off the basement game room is another bedroom with a pyramid bunkbed (full size bed on bottom, twin bed on top). Walk out to the hot tub overlooking the river and enjoy nature at its best.

On the top level is a beautifully decorated loft with couch for reading during rainy days. Also on the top level is another master with king bed, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the river. 

Minutes away from Fish Trap Park, located within the resort, where you can see first hand an ancient Indian Fish Trap comprised of rocks in a V-formation.  Walk out onto a suspended bridge and step back in time as you behold this piece of the lands history.  Family and friends will make lasting memories at this fabulous property. You Must Be 25 or older to book! We do NOT allow a group of 25 year olds and under.
A valid driver's license and names and ages of all guests are required within 48 hours of booking and should be sent to [email protected]. Toddlers and infants are included in the number allowed in the cabin. No exceptions.

Perfect for families, girls' getaways, and church groups, this cabin has it all AND is located in the Coosawattee River Resort. That means nature abounds and you will see lots of deer, wild turkey, and bear! The owners even provide a jar of corn to feed the deer.  Tube down the glorious Coosawattee River or picnic on the banks. If you prefer a game of tennis, putt putt golf, or to swim in one of THREE pools, be our guests!  Want to work out? Well how 'bout the fitness center? The Coosawattee has it all, yet you still feel away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Come to the Coosawattee and you won't want to leave.

Kitchen is fully stocked to cook your fabulous meals. Includes coffee maker, Keurig, crock pot, blender, toaster, pots and pans, utensils, plates, glassware, plate ware and utensils for children as well.   All you need are your groceries and we can provide that too if you order ahead!
